How To Make A Strawberry Cinnamon Honey Butter Board
Step 1: Prep the Strawberries
Start with clean dry fresh strawberries.
Slice the strawberries in half and then slice each half once on parchment paper on parchment paper.
Place the strawberries in a small bowl for later.
Next, take your freeze-dried strawberries and crush them into small pieces using your clean hands or gloves. I suggest using your hands so the strawberries are a bit chunky for more strawberry flavor and texture.
Set the freeze-dried strawberries to the side.
Step 2: Spread the Butter
Get your clean cutting board and spreadable butter.
Using your spatula, scoop out your butter and place it at the top of the board.
Using the same spatula spread the butter across and down the board. Move the spatula from side to side to create a nice zig zag pattern.
Make sure to leave about a half inch of space on each side.
Step 3: Assemble, Serve, and Enjoy
Next, gather your both of your strawberries, honey and cinnamon. Place them next to the board.
Start by adding the freeze-dried strawberries to the butter first. Heavily sprinkle the strawberries throughout the whole board.
Next, sprinkle your cinnamon all over the board. Add the cinnamon according to your tolerance for the flavor.
Now add the fresh cut strawberries. Spread them over the board randomly or you can do a pattern to be real creative with your board.
Lastly, add the honey to the board. Make sure to pour enough honey to get the honey flavor in every bite.
The butter board is now complete.
Place the board on a table and add the bagels, French toast sticks, and waffles around the board.
Serve and Enjoy!
