FRUITY PEBBLES MARGARITA TIPS AND QUESTIONS
If you’ve never made a cereal-inspired margarita, don’t worry! Below are some common questions and helpful tips.
Hopefully, this will answer any questions you may have. If not, feel free to ask in the comments and I’ll answer the best I can.
HOW LONG DOES IT REALLY TAKE TO MAKE FRUITY PEBBLES MARGARITAS?
This fun Fruity Pebbles Margarita recipe takes approximately 10 minutes. TOTAL. This includes:
- About 3 minutes to frost the glass and dip in cereal
- Close to 5 minutes to blend the drink ingredients
- Around 2 minutes to pour the drink into the glasses
CAN I USE HEAVY CREAM INSTEAD OF CONDENSED MILK?
Yes, you can use heavy cream instead of condensed milk to make this drink.
The condensed milk is already sweetened so using plain heavy cream will make the drink just slightly less sweet.
You can also use milk, almond milk, etc instead of condensed milk.
CAN I MAKE A PITCHER OF FRUITY PEBBLES MARGARITAS?
Yes, you can make a pitcher of Fruity Pebbles Margaritas. I suggest multiplying this drink recipe by 4 to get 8 servings that will fit perfectly in most pitchers.
This would be a great way to serve this drink at a party for a group of people.
CAN I MAKE FRUITY PEBBLES MARGARITAS AHEAD OF TIME?
No, I would not recommend making Fruity Pebbles Margaritas ahead of time.
The ice that is blended with the drink will melt and then the drink will not feel as thick and creamy.
You could preblend all of the ingredients except the ice and then before serving, blend again with the ice.
You can decorate the glasses ahead of time.
How do I garnish the margarita glasses?
For the perfect pebbles-glass margarita, add a healthy amount of frosting about an inch down both sides and then dip into Fruity Pebbles two inches deep.
You might have to pat them onto your glass so they stay put!
WHAT GOES WELL WITH FRUITY PEBBLES MARGARITAS?
Fruity Pebbles Margaritas go well with a wide variety of snacks and drinks. These recipes would be great to serve together at a party.
Some of my personal favorites include:
- Iron Skillet Caramel Apple Pull Apart Bread
- Instant Pot Cilantro Lime Rice
- churro cupcakes
- Copycat Starbucks Birthday Cake Frappuccino

CAN I USE ANOTHER CEREAL INSTEAD OF FRUITY PEBBLES?
Yes, you can use another tasty cereal in this recipe instead of Fruity Pebbles.
The steps will be pretty much the same. The margarita will not taste the same if you use a different cereal but it will still taste great.
You could use Fruit Loops as an alternative. Cap’n Crunch would also taste great too!
WHAT ELSE CAN I ADD TO THIS FRUITY PEBBLES MARGARITA RECIPE?
This fun Fruity Pebbles Margarita recipe not only tastes great, but it’s also incredibly versatile.
