 Step 1: Grind the Butterscotch Chips

Then, place them in a bowl for later.

Next, gather your butter, powdered sugar, cream soda, cookie nip flavoring, heavy whipping cream, and ground butterscotch chips.

  • 1/2 Cup Butterscotch Chips
  • 8 Tablespoons room temperature Salted Butter
  • 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Cream Soda
  • 1 Teaspoon Cookie Nip flavoring OR 1/2 Teaspoon Caramel and 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Green Food Color
  • Burgundy Food Color
  • Yellow Food Color
  • Navy Blue Food Color
  • Harry Potter Sprinkles optional
  • Sugar Cookies
  • Pretzels
  • Crackers

Instructions

  • Start by grinding your butterscotch chips. You can do this with a food processor or chop them really small with a knife. Place them in a bowl for later.
  • Next, gather your butter, powdered sugar, cream soda, cookie nip flavoring, heavy whipping and ground butterscotch chips.
