Festive Chocolate Covered Easter Strawberries

Easter 2020 may look a little different than what you’re used to. This year you may still be under a social-distancing rule, and perhaps under a stay at home order, which means you won’t be gathering with family or attending church as you may have normally done in the past.

This year, Easter is all about trying to find a unique way to celebrate this holiday while doing your part to reduce the spread of the virus that’s taking the world by storm. Today I wanted to feature a delicious and fun recipe idea that you can make for your family, my Festive Chocolate Covered Easter Strawberries!

What kind of chocolate do you use for chocolate covered strawberries?

The other supplies you’ll need include white chocolate discs, pink, yellow and teal chocolate discs, and assorted Easter sprinkles. Again, these are supplies you can order online or a comparable option from grocery delivery or curbside pickup.

The best brand of chocolate to use for chocolate-covered strawberries is Wilton. This brand is well-known for being the easiest and best chocolate to use to melt chocolate discs to make Easter strawberries. During this pandemic, you may not be able to get the Wilton brand though, so it’s perfectly acceptable to use any brand chocolate disks in the colors featured below to make these Easter strawberries.
