  • Small Package of Oreos
  • Spring Mix

How To Make A Fun and Colorful Spring Chocolate-Covered Oreos

Step 1: Melt Chocolates

In a microwave-safe bowl or large measuring cup, melt enough white chocolate to equal 2 cups of melted chocolate. 

Step 2: Molding Time

Using a round cookie mold, fill the molds half full of the melted white chocolate. Press an Oreo into the mold, into the melted chocolate, and cover the cookies with melted white chocolate, filling the round molds.

Place the molds in the refrigerator for one hour, to set the chocolate. When chocolate is set, gently press the bottom of the molds to remove the chocolate-covered cookies. 

Step 3: Garnish and Enjoy

Melt additional white chocolate in the microwave, and using a pastry brush, brush melted chocolate on top of cookies, and sprinkle the sprinkled mix onto the melted chocolate. You can decorate the tops to your taste. 

Allow 30 minutes to set the chocolate. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • Cups White Chocolate – melted
  • Small package of Oreo's
  • Spring mix Sprinkles
  • Additional White Chocolate to melt for decorating
  • Cookie molds
  • Carrot mold

Instructions

  • Press an Oreo into the mold, into the melted Chocolate, and cover the cookies with melted White Chocolate, filling the round molds.
