My only regret is that I didn’t double the recipe – my family gobbled it up in seconds. I love coming up with dinner ideas that my family will want me to keep making and instant pot chicken meals are always my go-to recipes.

There’s something so special about working with chicken thighs. I am used to preparing dishes with chicken breasts. However, I recently had an epiphany. Boneless chicken thighs seem to hold so much more flavor. They are incredibly juicy and tender! Double win? I think so.

If you are looking for a delicious go-to meal then this easy instant pot sesame chicken is the right recipe for you to make for your family!
