3-4Apples, Peeled, Cored, and Diced (Gala and Granny Smith)
1/4CupBrown Sugar
1tspCinnamon
1tspNutmeg
1/2tspAllspice
1tbspCornstarch
1/4cupTequila Or Water
Tortilla Wrap
8-10smallTortillas
2tbspMelted Butter
1/4cupBrown Sugar
1/4cupGranulated Sugar
1/2tspCinnamon

Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Filling
In a medium sized frying pan add all of the filling ingredients, and toss to combine.
Cook over medium heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Stir the apple mixture often to evenly coat the apples in a brown sugar sauce.
Remove the front heat and set it to the side to cool to room temperature.
Step 2: Prep the Tortilla
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl add the sugar and cinnamon, and whisk to combine.
Wrap the tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds.
Lay the tortilla’s on a baking sheet and scoop ¼ cup of apple filling into each tortilla.
Wrap the tortilla around the apple filling and place it seam down on the baking sheet.
Repeat with all tortillas.
Step 3: Time to Bake
In a small bowl add your butter and microwave for 30 seconds to melt.
Brush each tortilla with the melted butter.
Bake the taquitos for 15 minutes.
Brush on more melted butter on top of the taquitos.
Now sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on top of the taquito.
