  • 1 cup of Apple Butter store brought or homemade
  • 1/4 cup of Toasted Pecans
  • 1/4 tsp of Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp of Allspice
  • 1/4 tsp of Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp of Nutmeg
  • Bagels
  • Crackers
  • Sliced Bread

Instructions

  • Clean and dry your cutting board.
  • Using your offset spatula, turn it over to scoop up some of the spreadable butter, about 2 teaspoons and place it on the board. Make sure to leave space around the edge of the board.
  • Next use a clean cloth to wipe the butter off the offset spatula and scoop out the same amount of apple butter.
  • Place the apple butter right next to the spreadable butter.
  • Keep alternating scoops of both butters and placing them on the board to create a checkered pattern.
  • Once the board is covered get your toasted pecans and mixed spices, place them close to your board.
  • Take some of the pecans, crush them and spread them all over the butter covered board.
  • Next sprinkle the spice mix over your spread. Add as much spice as you like according to your taste buds.
  • The board is now complete. Place the board on a flat surface to serve and then add your surrounding snacks, the bagels, crackers and slices of bread.
  • Enjoy!
