Valentine's Day Charcuterie Board
Add some fun to your Valentine's day celebration by serving up a charcuterie board. Make sure your Valentine’s Day feast is something special this year – put together a stunning charcuterie platter full of tasty treats! This trendy party platter is the perfect way to show your guests some love. A variety of snacks served on a colorful board will make for a festive and delicious feast.

Equipment

  • Circular Wooden Charcuterie Board
  • Large Star Piping Tip
  • Piping Bag

Ingredients

  • Strawberries
  • Pink Frosting
  • Pink and White Frosted Animal Crackers
  • Mini Marshmallows
  • White, Pink, and Red Sprinkle Mix

Instructions

  • Prep your piping bag by placing your metal tip inside and snipping the end of the bag
  • Scoop the pink frosting inside the piping bag.
  • Pipe a medium sized heart in the middle of the round wooden charcuterie board.
  • Place the sprinkles on top of all heart-shaped frosting.
  • Surround the heart with mini marshmallows.
  • Place the pink and white frosted animal crackers around the marshmallows, alternating the colors and continuing the heart shape.
  • Fill the entire inside of the heart with strawberries.
  • Add about 6 strawberries to the left and right side of the heart to fill most of the rest of the charcuter ie board.
  • Place one strawberry in the top center of the board inbetween the divet of the heart.
  • Use the piping bag to fill in any more free areas of the charcuterie board, with dots of frosting.
  • Top the frosting with sprinkles.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Use a thick enough frosting that is pipable enough to hold the star tip design. I used sore bought cream cheese frosting and dyed in pink. Replace any charcuterie board items with your favorite pink, red or white snacks such as: Conversation heart candies, Cherry Twizzler bites, White cheddar popcorn
