Ingredients
2lbground beef
1cuprolled graham crackers6 full crackers
1cupheavy cream
½dry bread crumbs
2eggs
2 ½tspsalt
½tspnutmeg
½tspginger
½tspallspice
½tsppepper
Instructions
Mix ingredients together.
Brown lightly in a little oil.
Place in casserole dish and add a little water. Cover tightly with foil.
Bake at 350° for 35-45 minutes, until tender.
Meatballs can be frozen after baking to use in a future meal.
