This savory Swedish Meatballs recipe is absolutely the best! Made with savory ground beef, that is blended with nutmeg, ginger, and allspice.   • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup rolled graham crackers 6 full crackers
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ dry bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • ½ tsp allspice
  • ½ tsp pepper


  • Mix ingredients together.
  • Brown lightly in a little oil.
  • Place in casserole dish and add a little water. Cover tightly with foil.
  • Bake at 350° for 35-45 minutes, until tender.
  • Meatballs can be frozen after baking to use in a future meal.
