Ingredients

  • Round Peppered Salami
  • Sliced Corned Beef
  • Round Salami
  • Boars Head Irish Cheddar, Cut in Triangles
  • Kerrygold Reserve Cheddar, Cut in Small Chunks
  • Kerrygold Dubliner, Cut in Small Chunks
  • Kerrygold Blarney Castle Cheese, Cut in Small Chunks
  • English Cucumber, Sliced
  • Broccoli Florets
  • Asparagus Stalks Trimmed or Picked Asparagus Stalks
  • Snow Peas
  • Green Olives
  • Pretzels, Soft Round Balls
  • Wheat Crackers or Rye Crackers
  • Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 1000 Island Dressing
  • Sauerkraut
  • Jam – This variety pack is the best!

Instructions

Start with Salami Rose

  • Take your first slice of salami and place half of it in the glass with the remaining folded over the rim of the glass.
  • Take your second piece of salami and place it halfway over the first layer, half of it in the glass with the remaining folded over the rim of the glass.
  • Take your third piece of salami and place it halfway over the second layer, half of it in the glass with the remaining folded over the rim of the glass.
  • Keep going around the glass until you’ve used all 9 pieces of salami.
  • Take your glass and turn it upside down and lightly press the salami pieces on top of the board.
  • Upside down remove the salami from the shot glass, set the rose to the side.

Assemble, Serve, and Enjoy

  • Add the cauldrons or ramekins for the sauerkraut, 1000 island and spicy mustard on the board.
  • Take your peppered salami and fold it in half and then fold it again into quarters.
  • Stack the salami together in a line, use a toothpick to hold the salami together.
  • Set to the side.
  • Take your corned beef and roll it.
  • Set to the side.
  • Place all of the cheese on the board.
  • Keep each individual type of cheese separate from each other.
  • Place the vegetables on the board.
  • Add the deli rose, rolled corned beef, and peppered salami on the board.
  • Place the soft pretzels on the board in the center.
  • Add the green olives on the board.
  • Add the kiwi as a garnish.
  • Garnish and enjoy.
