Ingredients

Cheese

  • Brie Heart
  • Cheddar Cubes
  • Pepper Jack Cubes
  • Tapas Spanish Cheese
  • Colby Jack Slices Hearts
  • Blueberry Goat Cheese

Meat

  • Salami Hearts
  • Genoa Salami
  • Uncured Sweet Sopressata
  • Uncured Sweet Capocollo
  • Prosciutto

Other

  • Strawberries, Sliced
  • Grapes, Keep on the Stem

Instructions

Start with Salami Rose

  • Take your first slice of salami and place half of it in the glass with the remaining folded over the rim.
  • Take your second piece of salami and place it halfway over the first layer, half of it in the glass with the remaining folded over the rim.
  • Take your third piece of salami and place it halfway over the second layer, half of it in the glass with the remaining folded over the rim of the glass.
  • Keep going around the glass until you’ve used all 9 pieces of salami.
  • Take your glass, turn it upside down, and lightly press the salami pieces on top of the board.
  • Up, upside down, then remove the salami from the shot glass, and set the rose to the side.

Cut out the Brie

  • Use a large heart cookie cutter and press out the heart shape in the Brie.
  • Using a mini heart-shaped cookie cutter press out a tiny heart in the top corner.

Assemble, Serve, and Enjoy

  • Place the heart-shaped brie cheese on the board. Now add the sliced blueberry goat cheese, salami rosette, and chocolate half heart on the board.
  • Surround the brie wheel with rolled salami, rolled pepperoni, rolled prosciutto, and rolled dry Coppa.
  • Now place the chunks and slices of cheese on the board.
  • Place the fruits, meats, olives, and crackers on the board in various locations.
  • Take your extra items or garnishes and fill in the holes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
