Meat
8ozSalamifolded in half
8ozPepperonifolded in quarters
8ozDry Coppafolded in half
8ozPepperonifolded in half
4Prosciutto wrapped mozzarellacut in half 4 Soppressata wrapped mozzarella , cut in half 4 Pepperoni wrapped mozzarella, cut in half
Cheese
1small Brie Cheeseround
1cupCheddar Cheesechunks
1cupColby Jack Cheesechunks 1cup PepperJackCheese,chunks 1 cup Fontina Cheese, chunks
14Babybel Cheeseunwrapped
Fruit
1⁄4 cup Pomegranate pearls
Garnishes
Fresh Sage Fresh Dill
Fresh Rosemary
Instructions
Place the sage, and rosemary around the edges on the board.
Now place the folded salami on the board on top of the sage and rosemary.
Place the folded pepperoni on top of the salami.
Use a christmas tree cookie cutter and lightly press it down on the Brie cheese round.
Use a knife and carve out a 1⁄2 inch of the Brie in the tree shape.
Place the carved Brie in the center of the board.
Add your chunks of cheese and place them on the board.
Take your babybel cheese rounds 2 in a row and create sections on your board.
Place your cut in half, meat wrapped mozzarella on the board.
Now place your folded Pepperoni and folded Dry Coppa on the remaining sections on your board. Use your fresh dill to garnish around the Christmas Tree Brie.
