1Poundchicken breastcooked and shredded
2Tbspolive oil
1Red onionchopped
1Tspsmoked paprika
1/2Tspchili powder
1Tspdried oregano
1/2Tspadobo
1/2Tspground cumin
Salt to taste
1/4Cupchipotle peppers in adobochopped
1Cuptomato sauce
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until translucent.
Add the smoked paprika, chili powder, dried oregano, adobo, cumin, salt and the chipotle peppers and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute.
Pour the tomato sauce and bring to a simmer. Cook until the sauce has reduced and it's fragrant.
