Easy White Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can Cannellini beans rinsed, drained
  • 1 small clove fresh garlic peeled
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1 pinch cayenne or paprika
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.

Notes

  • can be served imnnediately
  • can be stored in an airtight container and refrigerated for up to 3 days.
