Ingredients
2largebananascut into chunks and frozen
1cupstrawberriesfrozen
1cupraspberriesfrozen
2largered beetsroasted, peeled, and chopped
2cupsalmond milkunsweetened
1tbspchia seeds
6-8ice cubes
4springsfresh mintoptional garnish
Instructions
Add the frozen bananas, berries, beets, almond milk, and ice cubes to the blender. Cover and blend on the highest setting until completely smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water to reach the desired consistency.
Divide between 4 glasses and top each serving with some chia seeds.
Garnish each glass or jar with a sprig of fresh mint, if using, and serve immediately.
