Is cauliflower rice good for you?

Cauliflower is most certainly good for you, when making it into rice, however, it’s not as healthy as it would be in its normal form.

You will find that cauliflower rice is generally used as a high-fiber, low carb alternative to white rice.

This rice is an excellent source of fiber and maintains lower carbs so that people on keto often enjoy using it as their rice option to maintain their proper carb count and stay in ketosis.

What do you eat with cauliflower rice?

If you want to use this cauliflower rice as a side dish, you can easily use it with any meal that you’d normally serve white rice with.

A burrito or taco can be served with your Instant Pot cauliflower fried rice, while others may enjoy a side of lean meat with their cauliflower rice.

You can essentially serve anything that you’d regularly have white or brown rice with when you’re looking to pair your cauliflower rice with something for a full meal.

This delicious rice is an excellent way to curb hunger in between meals, use as a side dish or serve during family night in.

The seasonings make this Instant Pot cauliflower fried rice more flavorful so that your mouth is happy with every bite!
