What Is The Best Way To Soften Cream Cheese
You can set the cream cheese on the counter about 1-2 hours before you are ready to make the easter dip. But you can also put it on a microwave-safe plate in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds on high.
What Can You Add To The Dip
This Easter Dip is very versatile, you can add any candy you like, M&Ms, Reeses and so on. You can also add sprinkles, marshmallows, little edible candies and so much more.
Easter Cookie Recipe – PRINTABLE
Easter Cookie Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 1 stick unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp whole milk
- 25-30 candy eggs
Instructions
- Add cream cheese, butter and confectioners’ sugar in a large bowl.
- Use an electric mixer to beat together the three ingredients, starting on low speed and gradually increasing to high.
- Add vanilla extract and whole milk. Beat until all ingredients are well-combined.
- Crush the candy eggs and fold into the mixture, leaving some aside for topping.
- Serve in a bowl alongside a batch of shortbread and vanilla cookies. Garnish with the remaining candy eggs.
