How to Make Air Fryer Parm Rosemary Potatoes

Ingredients For Air Fryer Parm Rosemary Potatoes

  • Baby gold Potatoes
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh Rosemary
  • Spray Olive Oil
  • Butter
  • Garlic salt
  • Pepper

Directions For Air Fryer Parm Rosemary Potatoes

  • Wash the potatoes in a colander, and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
  • Cut the potatoes in half, and place them in a large bowl.
  • Spray the Potatoes with the Olive oil, until well coated.
  • Sprinkle garlic salt and fresh Rosemary over Potatoes, and generously grate fresh Parmesan cheese over potatoes, until they're coated in cheese.
  • Place the potatoes cut side down in the air fryer, and set the time for 8 minutes.
  • While the Potatoes are cooking, melt the two Tablespoons of butter the Microwave, and sprinkle a little garlic salt in the butter.
  • Sprinkle a little pepper in the butter.
  • When the potatoes are done, remove them from the air fryer into the bowl, and toss them in the garlic pepper butter.
  • Place them in a serving dish, and grate a little more Parmesan cheese over the Potatoes.
  • Garnish with sprigs of fresh Rosemary.  Serve, and Enjoy!

Makes 4 to 6 servings

NOTE:  You can add as much, or as little pepper, or garlic salt as you want to the butter.  Keep in mind Potatoes need quite a bit of salt to make them really flavorful.

If you want to measure the garlic salt, I'd say add about 1/2 a teaspoon to the butter.

Cook Time 8 minutes
Total Time 13 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 – 3 pound package of baby gold Potatoes
  • 1 wedge of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 package of fresh Rosemary
  • Spray Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons of Butter
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic salt
  • Pepper – to taste
